We need guardrails on consumer reviews. This was an original post under a now-deleted folder, back "departmental ask"

We can ban offensive language in Jane Verified user reviews. After reviewing the flagged reviews over the years, we continue to get super aggressive, threatening, and offensive language in reviews.

I can compile a list, but today we got this from Rise - and a screenshot below:

"There is a racial slur posted on RISE Canton through IHeartJane's reviews. The product is Grassroots Ray Charles on the medical menu. Please assist in getting this removed ASAP and review safeguards to help prevent something like this from happening again. Thank you for your help!"
