When filtering by a brand in the brand admin, it only shows users that have catalo/brand page access, but doesn't show users with only analytics access. Can it show all users associated with a brand when filtered on said brand?

Affinity Grow reached out for a password reset, and I noticed their email didn't show up when I filtered on the brand, and only showed when i entered the email.
