Rename “Status” to “Flagged” and have filters of Duplicate Notice, Discontinued Notice, Pending Removal. That way "Active" is just the default and then the filters are to see if it has a notice on it. We wouldn't need any sort of filter that would require us to choose active or not so that can just be a default in the background as any product without a product notice is considered active. For additional clarification: Duplicate Notice and Discontinued Notice mean they have a pending product notification. Pending Removal is a state we see in our old content tool after we have processed a discontinued notice
