In bulk editor, shift clicking to select products doesn't work sometimes

Select products 1 by 1

It seems to only affect the products that load in as you scroll, so

Load the page

Scroll down

Shift click to select a range of products

What should have happened?:

The range is selected

What happened instead?:

Only the product you click is selected
