The Source is requesting a way for them to search the Jane Catalog database so they can fix/improve their product names in the POS when items are not mapped before submitting support cases.

This is a brilliant idea for all dispensaries to be able to look at our Jane Catalog to improve their product naming, reducing our team's support cases.

Once the product names were updated in the POS, the products were processed quickly by the maintenance team.
