We can quickly ban words in our tools and brand portal around trademarks and offensive language. After reviewing the flagged reviews from last year, I am seeing everything from racism to threats. It's pretty gross, does not represent Jane and our outlook on the industry, and needs guard rails. I hope to get some dev work to ban words around Verified Consumer Reviews on retail stores and brand products. These terms would include offensive language, offensive terms, and we could add as we audit flagged reviews come in.
