The Source is requesting a way for them to search the Jane Catalog database so they can fix/improve their product names in the POS when items are not mapped before submitting support cases. This is a brilliant idea for all dispensaries to be able to look at our Jane Catalog to improve their product naming, reducing our team's support cases. Examples: Their product name were: Thornyberry 1:1 10pk 100mg THC/CBD Gummies Lost Farm Tropical Lemonade 10pk Gummies Lost Farm See the pictures attached of what I sent them from the Jane Catalog or brand portal showing the variations we have for the same products. They were able to update their product name in the POS: Thorny Berry x Dupree's Diamonds 1:1 10pk 100mg THC/CBN Gummies Lost Farm Tropical Lemonade x Sugar T.I.T.S. 10pk 100mg Gummies Once the product names were updated in the POS, the products were processed quickly by the maintenance team.

It could be helpful for us and brands when auditing to be able to see all products missing images in the portal so they can be focused on for those type of updates. A missing description filter could be helpful too for the same reason. Jeeter requested a list of all products missing images after their audit was completed to send to their marketing team. Something like this could have saved a decent amount of time.
