The Source is requesting a way for them to search the Jane Catalog database so they can fix/improve their product names in the POS when items are not mapped before submitting support cases. This is a brilliant idea for all dispensaries to be able to look at our Jane Catalog to improve their product naming, reducing our team's support cases. They were able to update their product name in the POS: Thorny Berry x Dupree's Diamonds 1:1 10pk 100mg THC/CBN Gummies Lost Farm Tropical Lemonade x Sugar T.I.T.S. 10pk 100mg Gummies Once the product names were updated in the POS, the products were processed quickly by the maintenance team.

Can menu filters be set up so that a shopper can filter for vape --> oil type? As a flower consumer, this took me a minute to grasp but I do understand the customer UX perspective... Jane menus allow for extracts to be filtered by type but not Vapes. A vape shopper would want the ability to not just click 'cartridges' but Cartridges --> Distillate or Cartridges --> Live Resin. Additionally, the nomenclature around oil types is a creative way to get around iOS prohibiting the word 'vape'

It could be helpful for us and brands when auditing to be able to see all products missing images in the portal so they can be focused on for those type of updates. A missing description filter could be helpful too for the same reason. Jeeter requested a list of all products missing images after their audit was completed to send to their marketing team. Something like this could have saved a decent amount of time.

Our marketplace is already driven by our brand catalog with images and descriptions. Lineages should too. Currently, we have brands trying to filter, for example, "Hybrid" on their brand page, but Sativa and Indica will show up due to a store override.
