Clickup and Slack to follow: https://app.clickup.com/t/86b7t19z1 The Problem Currently, when we update product imagery—whether via bulk upload or individual 1-by-1 edits—there is no way to verify if those changes have successfully pushed to retailer menus. We are seeing a "sync gap" where images updated in the Brand Portal are not reflecting on the end-retailer side. Without visibility, we only discover these failures when a brand partner or retailer complains, leading to inconsistent branding and poor consumer experiences. Recently, the brand Brix threatened to take away Gold spend. The Impact Loss of Sales: Products with missing or outdated images convert at a much lower rate. Reindexing: Our team has to reach out to R&D to push reindexing out to multiple stores. Brand Integrity: Brands lose trust in the portal when they see their high-quality assets aren't appearing where it matters. Proposed Solution I would like a Sync Status Dashboard or status indicators on the product list view: Status Tags: Visual indicators like "Pending," "Synced," or "Failed" next to product images. Error Logs: If a sync fails to a specific retailer, a brief reason why (e.g., "API Timeout" or "Resolution Mismatch"). Last Synced Timestamp: A "Last pushed to retailers at [Time]" metadata field for each SKU.
